Recently a heavy transport with a gas tank tipped over on a country road in Emsland. In order for the transport to continue, it was necessary to make sure that everything was in order with the tank. To check this, the geometry of the tank had to be measured. The colleagues on site used a laser tracker to compare the target and actual data and confirmed that the tank could be transported safely.
The transport was continued on Sunday, 08.03.2020. We are pleased that the project was a success and that the gas tank is back on track.
