The 3D scan is a non-contact, high-precision geometric 3D acquisition.
Here we differentiate according to the size of the object to be measured and the purpose of use. Individual components up to a size of approx. 1m³ can be precisely measured with high-precision, optical and tactical 3D scan measuring instruments. We can carry out the measurements both in our measuring laboratory and at the customer's site.
In order to "secure" the quality, we carry out an investigation between your real product and the CAD reference object.
The 3D scan is aligned according to your specifications (e.g. via references, RPS points or bestfit) and any dimensions are compared.
Deviation analysis is the fastest quality control method that compares the 3D scan with existing CAD data. The false color comparison shows the deviations in size and shape from the theoretical data set.
The 3D scan describes the entire surface of your component so that you can change the alignment at any time and thus open up the possibility for further analyses and evaluations.

For the fast creation of 3D data, the polygon mesh is the direct and currently fastest way to make digitized models available for further processing. We scan your object and deliver the 3D data - depending on customer requirements - as cut data, STL data or point clouds.
In the area of halls or building surveying we use terrestrial laser scanners for the measuring range from approx. 10m to 150m measuring distance. Using a laser scanner, the entire environment is completely captured using 3D point clouds and a 3D model is created at the CAD workstation.

A great strength of laser scanning lies in the large number of points that can be determined in a high point density on the surface of an object. With the help of more suitable software, CAD models are created from these point clouds. For this purpose we provide the CAD data in the common file formats DXF, DWG as well as IGES and STEP.
Depending on your further processing requirements, various Autodesk products such as AutoCAD + Revit or Inventor can be used to create the CAD data.

Terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) is the ideal replacement for the classic manual measurement with tape measure and plumb bob.
There are no more kilometres between a missing measurement and you. You simply open the scanned building model with the software supplied by us and take the measure you need at the moment. For this purpose we provide you with the complete scan project, from which sections can be exported or measurements can be taken. Before this, the hall, the room, the piping system or your production facility is digitally, precisely and completely recorded. So you can't overlook anything anymore or missing dimensions can be easily determined by simply tapping into the software afterwards.
